A 'Little' Adventure

11:41Unknown

Needing some fresh air, exercise and a break from revision, Georgia, Sam and I went on a little adventure. Behind our block of flats at university are football pitches, fields and areas of woodland just waiting for students, dog walkers and runners to disturb their stillness with laughter, chatter and music.

We came across this beauty! He was clearly very camera shy...

and then BOOM! Posed like a pro.

After a while Georgia (what is she like! ;) ) headed back to civilisation, whilst Sam and I continued on. We couldn't resist a bit more time away from our books and piles of revision notes!

We tried to get closer to the cows and I nearly sacrificed by flats by traipsing through the mud. We even put on our best mooing voices and tried to call them over! Surprisingly that didn't work, so we continued on...

Then Sam had a 'brilliant' idea, to take the road back home, rather than the path. I clearly had revision brain and agreed...

So ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATER (it would have only taken us half an hour using the path)...we finally got back to campus, not after passing by lots of scary crows, walking along large A roads and this rather creepy house!

But at least we burnt off quite a bit of those revision stress eating calories and learnt a lesson for the day-if Sam says she knows a shortcut...it's a lie!

Hope your having a fab Wednesday!
